If I only had one nostril and no mouth, I would suffocate. I am pretty stuffed up, thanks, Rhinovirus.
Happy New Year!Having kicked off 2008 in the "heartland," Vince and I are feeling more and more at home in the midwest everyday. Intern year is half way over, although the schedule is just as crazy as ever. Presently, our rotations in the "ER" are keeping us hopping, although we got away during the crisp n' cool (to the tune of minus 5 below!!)MLK weekend for some hiking & bald eagle sighting at awesome Pere Marquette Park! Speaking of temps, the weather here is out of control; It changes on a dime and the sky is always beautiful. Check out a pretty sunrise before work (a late morning for us--we're almost always in the hospital long before sun-up). Then, later, a dollop of snow! Just in time for SuperBowl. Although we're technically midwesterners now, I'll still be rooting for the original "home team:" Go, Giants!
Hi, All! Having recently moved from New York, I thought it'd be neat to try n' keep in touch with family and friends back home blog-style. Part of my New Year's Resolution is to be more "tech-saavy" plus there are so many new things happening every day, a little chronicling just may be a good thing. This blog is inspired by Vince and all the cool parts are Vince's touch. It is dedicated to Vince, my husband to be. Who knows what lies ahead after St. Louis... We're blessed to be together. So far, we are enjoying the adventure! Keep in touch!
